We are reachable when something goes wrong or when you have a question you cannot answer yourself. You receive regular health checks and a brief monthly meeting to ensure that everything is going well.
We offer three structured monthly tiers. Each tier is defined by its primary purpose, ensuring you get exactly the right level of partnership.
Optimise
We work through this together. This is a continuous improvement tier for getting more out of your existing environment. We work alongside you to identify where the biggest friction points are and systematically remove them. You receive tangible improvements every month. We hold a Monthly Progress Call with you to review deliverables and update our shared focus.
Transform
We build alongside you. This is an active construction tier focused on new capabilities. We build AI powered capabilities, deploy agents, or extend Dynamics with custom logic. Every month delivers something new that did not exist the previous month. You receive a Roadmap and a vCTO Report to give your leadership team a clear picture of progress and direction.
